Designed by Richard Meier, winner of the Pritzker Prize, this private hotel and residence holds beachfront luxury dear to its heart, boasting terracotta floors and palm-tree lined streets – you are among the greats when you’re at the Surf Club. In addition to the four seasons, the Surf Club also hosts Lido Restaurant and Champagne Bar, and the Surf Club restaurant.

The eateries in Surfside don’t just start and end at the Surf Club, with its classy estate-like environment. Surf n’ Sides Bistro is casual and fun, perfect for the family, and outdoorsy vibe that makes Surfside so enchanting. This spot for a quick bite is one of the hearts of the community, and hosts fundraising and volunteer events, has an outdoor patio, and makes some amazing hot dogs by the beach.
 

Things to Do


On Fridays, from June through September, Surfside’s First Friday is a tribute to outdoor activities, artists, and community efforts. First Fridays take place on the beach from 4 PM to 7 PM. Take advantage of the beautiful year-round weather by visiting the Surfside Farmers Market. The Surfside Farmers Market takes place weekly from 9 AM to 3 PM on Sundays on Collins Avenue & 95th, and showcases tons of local produce and goods. 

If water sports and ocean recreation are your favorite activities, then be sure to join Paddletopia, a free two-day summertime event that is friendly for all ages, and levels of SUPpers, or Stand Up Paddleboarders, for the first-timers.
